Incoming call not ringing FXS port

We have a fax machine on a Cisco 2921 with an FXS card. We have received faxes without any problems for over two years now. Last week incoming faxes just stopped working. We can call out on this port and when there is an incoming call the indicator light on the port lights up but the phone will not ring and the fax machine will not pickup even with it set on auto-answer. We've tried different phones and fax machines all with the same result. None of our config has changed. Any ideas on what could be happening or what we could look for?

If its MGCP I would try bouncing that first. Could try bouncing that specific port too. Then I would say bounce the router.
