Incoming call not disconnecting

Running a Nortel Compact Plus
Call Pilot 150 for ACD
Using Cable Company as Voice Provider

When an incoming call hangs up during greeting the call gets directed to the Prime line and the attendant hears a loud rapid busy. I am not unsure why the call doesn't disconnect. I am writing for help in correcting the problem or for ideas as to where it is originating.

You should put this in the Norstar forum. But the problem is you need to make sure you have Supervision turned on for the lines. Also make sure telco is providing it.
