Incoming Call Logs?

I am running an S8300 5.2 in a G450 with 9650 phones Rel. S3.002.
A user brought to my attention the fact that calls routed to Voicemail do NOT appear in the missed calls log.
I am trying to find a way to adjust that setting.
In the 46xxsettings file I changed a parameter to show forwarded calls in the log but that didn't do it.

Does anyone know if this is possible?
