Hi guys, could any one give suggest to clear this issue,

I am using cisco call manager 6.1, i configured 5 digit extensions start from 2XXXX and 3XXXX,In my branch office they are using cisco call manager 6. and programmed with 5 digit extension start from 8XXXX to their user.So i added new route pattern in my system. So i can able to dial 8XXXX from my phones. But the issue is branch office users are complaining that they can not make any call to my office.this is my part of my E1 router confign,

!
interface Serial1/0:15
no ip address
encapsulation hdlc
isdn switch-type primary-qsig
isdn incoming-voice voice
isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager
no cdp enable

any one can suggest and sort out this issue.

Did you program the branch office too? Their system will need to know what to point to.

Thanks Trvlr1

I find out the problem and solved it.I forgot to select partion name in E1 ports in the call manager in my side. After done changes, i can receive the call from my branch office.

Thanks.
