Hi,

We are doing H.323 trunk testing. We have one existing h.323 route (rou=1) and created new h.323 rou=2, for our testing.

We supposed to use rou=2 for outgoing and incoming test, but we noticed that incoming is going through the existing route which is rou=1.

How can we make the incoming call to go through the new route (rou=2) that we have created?

Thank you.

What is sending the calls to you? It would be the provider on the other side to set the dest codes to use that route, I would imagine. I am using H.323 routes between my TSE MX-One and My TSW MX-One.

You need to set the RROUID and LROUID on each end of the h323 route.

what ever is set as RROUID at one end must be set as the LROUID at the other end and vice versa.

use the RIANI command to set these parameters.
