I have Verizon analog loop start trunks coming into a TN429D circuit board.
Incoming destination is set on the CO trunk group, it's a VDN.
Incoming calls work if I set "Receive Analog Incoming Call ID" to disabled.
If I set it to "Bellcore", the incoming call would not connect, but ring indefinitely until the calling party hangs up, then the VDN/Vector starts executing.

Why is that?

Pretty sure the board is ok, I have used it on other trunks before and it worked.

Code:
display trunk-group 3 Page 2 of 21

have you reached out to your line provider about this yet, make a call using an analog test phone set and see if you can receive and make calls, if so then you have a setting on the pbx that needs to be tweaked or a bad card on the pbx

I have reached out to my provider.

They don't offer CallerID unless for an extra $5 a month per line.

well if you are not paying for caller id trunks then just leave it disabled then, case closed!
