Hi,

There is a scam phone number calling into the organization, they call comes in the receptionist picks up, but no one on the other end says anything, then disconnects the call. This is obviously frustrating for the receptionist is there a way I can block the phone number calling in on KX-NS500?

Do you have a SIP trunk on that NS500?

What kind of input line do you have, ISDN or analog line?
Do you see the caller's number?
