incoming and outgoing message tracking?

What are some methods used to monitor or track enduser messages. Say an employee is suspect of email misuse. How can my managers read his mail. I'm on Exchange 2007 SP1.

Look into Journaling. You can also use ethical walls in transport rules as well. You could configure mailbox access to the manager and add the user's mailbox to the manager's Outlook profile.

There are articles via Google on how to accomplish all of these.

Thank you. I had already figure out the extra profile. The information I found on google was mostly vauge and I'll look into Journaling...
