We recently lost the configuration on our IP412 Unit. We have an Analogue ATM16 module configured to allow an incoming analog line to be used by anyone in the office. When an incoming call from the analog line is routed to the hunt group it no longer displays the Caller ID Info. I've looked through the configuration in Manager and the only option I see is "Long Caller ID Line" that may affect this. I enabled that with no results.
I've checked the incoming analog line as well and ensured that CID Info is being delivered. I am at a loss as to what else to check. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
