including username with printouts

We have recently set up a win 2000server network with a qms 2200 desklaser.
Is it possible to have the username displayed on the header/footer of all printouts. If not is there any other way of identifying which account a printout has come from.

Couple of things. In word or excel you can set it to print the file location at the bottom which would give you a clue. You can also go into csnw in control panel, and set it to print a cover sheet of the user that prints it. (Good for w2k as far as location.) Glen A. Johnson
