Including tags in voicemail email alerts 1

We have both IP Office and Voicemail Pro, and we were wondering whether it would be possible to customize the email alerts we get sent with the voicemails as attachments. I was hoping to be able to include the tags assigned to the incoming call in the emails, rather than having to track it back down in Chronicall to find the tag for that specific call. Thank you!
 
I think zkenn1 means to customize the voicemail to email message with some information

if that is the case then you already have the incoming caller ID and the target of the vm in the subject line.
If you want more than you would have to create something custom for each user with leave points and recording a message rather than simply leaving a vm and sending it out. Lots of work but probably doable for some people here. I doubt that anyone would however want to spend 6 -8 hours of programming and testing for free but maybe someone has something already.

Thank you! I'll have to look into it. It seems odd that we can Cradle to Grave on Xima Chronicall and easily find the tag associated with individual calls, but it takes so much work to include it in the voicemail emails.
