Is there a way to include the output of a Perl script in an HTML page?

You can have the perl script write the html to a file and then redirect to that file, thus giving you the freedom to write any output you want to it. If you have a standard header/footer you want on it you can just put them in two seperate files and then open and write them to your output file in the correct order (header first, footer last).
