Including or inserting other web pages

hi,

I learned web design with frontpage but i want to switch to dream weaver. Is there a way to include other html files the way frontpage does. It makes making navigation and complex banners uniform and easy to manage over a multipage web. I've tried the server-side include but I doesn't seem to work or do what I want to do.

what are you trying to do? remember including an html document anywhere in a page will place that html there so make sure you know where to put the include Live long and make your kids suffer..
