including logo in all e-mails GW 6.5

I need to find a way to imbed our logo and disclaimer into all of our e-mails. We have been using signatures to post the disclaimer, but our CEO wants to add the logo. I found information on a snapin from Advancsys Formativ, but I was hoping there was something I could do that wouldn't cost any money. I work for a Social Service agency and money isn't something we have a lot of. I would appriciate any help on this, thanks. Trudi

What about just making your email html format and embedding an image link into the code. Kinda like what all the spammers do.
