including a subreport field in a calculation

Hi there,

I am trying to include the value in a subreport in a calculation on the main report. Can this be done?

Hi,
Perhaps - if the calculation is done after the sub runs, so it needs to be in a section after the section containing the subreport ( Maybe the report footer?)

Use a Shared Variable to pass the data back. As Turkbear says, you'll only be able to use it in a section after the section that has the subreport.
