Including a jpg image in a postscript 2 file

I've been given the task of implementing our new logo into some of our older postscript 2 forms. The logo is a jpg file and I am wondering if there is a postscript 2 ocmmand that can point to this file on our network so that it will be included on the form when it's printed. I'd appreciate any help that I can get.
