Included Xtra (QT) not initializing.

hi,

i have done several cdrom productions and worked with extras before. this time i try to publish it on the web though. it's an existing production and is running smoothly. When I publish it as HTML-Template though and start it, an error occurs saying the qt xtra wouldn't initialilze. it's included in the file though. i even tried it with copying the whole extras folder from the programm directories to the website folder. doesn't work.
is there a setting i have to change in the publishing settings - or any other trick that i miss out on?

just in case somebody has the same problem. here's the solution:

for shockwave distribution...make sure "download if needed" is checked (for QT3 XTRA) under Modify>Movies>Xtras
you have to be online when you select that option.
