Included files in PDW

I build a VB application using PDW. I add a file on PDW -Included files screen. When I build the application next time the file I added last time is still missing from the included files. Is this normal or how I can keep the file on the included files list when I run PDW next time?

At the end of the PDW process it ask you what you want to call this set up. Give it a name and next time you run PDW it will remember.
