Include U2fxls.dll and U2ddisk.dll

I'm using version 4.5.
I'm trying to export a report in excel format by setting the Destination=2 and PrintFileType=10.
How do i include the two necessary dlls U2fxls.dll , U2ddisk.dll). I tryed from References window but it says that i cant add it from there ?
