Yes you can include shortcuts if you want in a Zip & Download, but you would have to write the OScript code.
It can get very complex in terms of :
1. what happens if the object the shortcut points to is a container
with lots of content, does all that get included ?
2. what happens if the object the shortcut points to is a container with lots of children/grandchildren etc, does all that get included ?
3. what happens if the object the shortcut points to is a container above the current folder and would therefore include the original folder you are trying to Zip and thus it would create an inifinite loop etc
4. How much diskspace do you want to use for this, i.e. do you want the user to select ZIP and Download at the Enterprise level and try and create a single ZIP file of your entire Livelink system ?
5. What about the RAM / Thread etc usage when doing this ?
