I have the web server, and a file server on two different machines... I want to include a .tif from the file server, but I'm unsure how to do it in ASP... I know this can be done in PHP, so I might end up writing a wrapper, but I'd prefer not to.

Thanks in advance.

I have a question about the best way to do something.

Your submittals sound like what I'm trying to do.

I also have a web server(IIS) and a file server(FileNET Panagon). I want to put a link on my web page to go to the file server and based on certain criteria, grab stored images and return to the client.

What's the best way for me to do this? I heard people say I should use Java applets. What do you recommend?

You don't have to go in too much detail, if you could just recommend applications to use (ASP, Cold Fusion, Java, etc.)

Thanks in advance.
