Include And Use Rare Font in Application

I use My font which is not included in windows Fonts.how can I include my font in my Application so

that when my application is opened in another PC the Apllication loads my font.Can I store the font in

MyEXE/Fonts/ directory and load it at run-time from there ?
I am using Delphi 7. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Have a look at the 'Inno setup' installer,
it can be configured, so that it copies fonts from your 'fonts' folder and installs them on the target computer with your application.
