I have created a report on the results of a (Make) Table (Query) for which a user prompt is used to select the data for the company concerned.
I want to know if it is possible to include the User Prompt data in the report so I can include it in the header to identify who the data is for.
For example, include a label that says;

"This report contains data for:" ||[User Prompt Data]

You need to base your table on a query which includes the selection criteria such as [Enter Name].
In this query add another column:
Uprompt:[Enter Name]
which is exactly the same as the criteria prompt.

You can now use Uprompt in your report.

Brilliant - just what I wanted.
Thanks for the swift response.
