Include a header on all pages problem

OK I know that none of the pictures will show but could someone please give me some help with this.
I think is is not your normal html but a little more advanced..three pages i will do one at a time then if someone could look it would be great.
The problem I have is that these pages do an include of a header and a footer but I cannot get the text to appear in the middle or at right here take a look
