Inclement Weather SL2100

Hey guys I am looking for a quick and easy way to let the end user call in to their SL2100 and record a "We are closed" message due to weather here in the northeast. This was pretty easy on the Panasonic but being new to NEC I don't know best method. This message should play in front of the existing auto attendant greeting. Need the following.

How to record the greeting from outside (as simple as possible).

How to turn the greeting on and off from outside. They have day and night auto attendant greetings now.

Login to mailbox remotely (101 for example) and press 72 for system admin. Then re-record instruction menu.

You have the option to have an over-ride mailbox as well. so if 002 is night, 001 is day, 003 can be over-ride and you can temporarily activate the over ride mailbox.
