Inbox only shows calender and events 1

User of Notes R5 inbox only shows calender events. User cannot see his mailbox. User also cannot see the all documents folder. If i open the users mailbox using and Administrator account, I can see the e-mail, however, from his desk, he cant see it. I removed the cache.dsk and ran ctrl-shift-f9 with no avail

It seems he has lost his view.

Please help.

Tip: Check the users ACL. Does user really have the needed access? It's not the first time these things happens, most normal if there is a name change and ACL forgotten adjusted accordingly...

Thanks Troodos. Infact, the user had moved from a different organizational unit. His .id file had to be modified to reflect the proper ACL. He was working fine with the old id file for a few weeks and then it just stopped.
