inbox items moving to deleted folders

My boss has come into the office the last 2 Monday's and noticed that her email from last Wednesday to Friday night has been sent to the deleted folder. She does not have any rules set up, so it not a rule. The only change in the past 2 weeks was her getting the new Samsung i700 phone and synching her mail to her phone. BUT!!! She got that phone last Monday March 8 and did not synch until Wednesday March 10. Her problems started March 8 with emails from March 3 - 5 going from inbox to deleted folder.

Can someone help please?

Have you checked the AutoArchive settings for the inbox? Right click, Properties, Autoarchive tab.
