inbox is full but there are no messages

How do check in MM the storage usage for a particular inbox extension? I have a user who has an inbox that is full as reported by the system.
 
What backend are you using? MSS or exchange.

I believe MSS. There's only one user reporting this issue.
 
Check their deleted messages.

Make sure delete upon exit is checked on their sub options...

Yes if it is an MSS the 98Converter is correct.

You can use the Subscriber Activity option in the web interface for MM. Input the extension and date range, and it will give you any activity in that mailbox.
