How do I set our server to ONLY accept messages intended for persons at our Domain... The help files just confuse me more...

Please help me out.
BH2

in the server's addressbook, go to the server-configuration view. There should be a document with your server's name, edit this document, go to the SMTP/Router/Inbound restrictions/smtp inbound section, and put a '*' in the deny messages from the following external internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains field.

Woonjas,

Thanks.... will this prevent my sales people in other states though from using MS outlook to download and send messages through our SMTP server?

BH2

yes, since they attempt to sent email to external internet domains, those messages will be blocked.

There's also the 'Allowmessages only from the following external internet hosts to be sent to external internet domains' field, here you could enter the hostname/ip addresses of your sales ppl (if they have fixed ip's that is), don't forget to put ip addresses within square brackets [127.0.0.1]
