We have a Ex200SP2 and can receive mails from several others companies, but there are some of our customers that can't send email for us, they receive a msg:
500 5.3.3 Unrecognized command
when try to send data(I log this events to try to understand what's happen)
I read about some problems in Exch2000 receiving msg from Unix Send Mail, since some of this servers could not be compliance with RFC821 and 1869(MSKB Q291828), so I install Metaedit 2.2 and change the configuration as sugested for workaround the problem, but it doesn't work.
I think that It should be very commom, but didn't find any question about it.
Anyone has a suggestion to correct this behavior?
