Inbound SIP call to external SIP call transfer from phone no audio

Hi, I have a 3330 MCD 4.1 SP2 trunked to asterisk.

I can have calls transfered out of the system using call forward always with no issue.

The issue arrives when I receive a call then do an external transfer onto a 3 party conference. Audio is fine until the mitel phone drops out of the conference then there is silence to the 2 external callers.

Does anyone have any advise on this?
