Avaya Partner ACS. Analog trunk lines. Inbound caller hears 3 rings, but the phone system rings only 1 time. If my office doesn't pick up the call by the second "heard" ring VM picks up or the caller hangs up. What would cause this delay. Could it be a timing issues with the CO and the phone system?
