Inbound PRI Caller ID signal 1

I have an 8.1 IPO with a PRI. We are using 9611gs and get the inbound Caller ID just fine. However on the analog lines we are getting only the phone number. When I placed a test set on the lines I am hearing a DTMF burst before the call starts ringing.

I looked at the Extension configuration for each analog line, we use about 15, and the "Caller Display Type" says DTMFA.

On our other systems I hear a data burst and not a DTMF burst.

Any suggestions on how to allow the full name and number to com through?

Change it to "On" - press F1 when you are on the Extension tab
Enables caller display using the caller display type appropriate to the System Locale, see Avaya IP Office Locale Settings. If a different setting is required it can be selected from the list of supported options. For an analog extension connected to a fax server or other device that requires the pass through of DTMF tones, select DTMFF.
