Is there anywhere in the system params and/or the trunk config where I can set it to differentiate the inbound call TYPE between National and International or does this need to be done at the Telco level?
Well, in the ISDN protocol there is a flag for international (INTL), but not many PBX's are capable, or are progammed to to send it out.
On top of that many carriers choose to ignore it, and not forward it to you.
If you wish to route international calls diffrently, you could use a vector, and check the ANI.
