Please does anyone know if there is a way of sending DTMF on inbound answered calls. So, for example, I answer a call and it is a unified mesaging service notifying me that I have a voicemail message, but I need to press 1 to listen again, 2 to delete and so on. This doesn't appear to work as standard and I wondered if anyone had any ideas / had had this problem and fixed it.

I suppose you're using DT's ? Just press the 'Program' to enable the DTMF sending.

Not sure what type of handsets you are using.
On 20 series handsets you need to press "program" to liven the keypad, then key as normal.
I think that DS type phone keypads are normally live anyway for incoming.

Thanks both. It was DT / 20 series, it works great.

Great minds think alike (and simultaneously it appears)
