i have a call calling from Poland 0048 22292 5640 . in the SMDR records I'm only getting 822292 5640
the call logging vendor needs 48 22292 5640. I have a MXeIII running 5.0 SP2 PR1.

extended digit length is set to yes.

any help pls?

what do you see in the ccs trace?

go to maintenance commands and enter CCS TRACE ENABLE CONT

ask the guys in poland to call in

have a look at CLI in the trace

when finished enter CCS TRACE DISABLE

I think you will find if you check the helpfiles that the space allocated to "CLI" in the SMDR output is limited to 10 Columns.

If you enable "SMDR Extended Reporting Level 1" in the SMDR options you should get 20 characters for the ANI.
