I have an issue with a site where they are receiving inbound calls but get a busy signal when they dial out local or LD. They are running CUCM 9.1.1 with one PRI. This happened last week and the fix was to restart the CM services. Wondering if anyone else has ever had this issue and what the fix was, besides restarting the CM services? Thanks
