The system in question is the 5.0 release. The issue is that Qwest Long Distance does not connect calls to this facility. It is the only carrier that appears to be problematic. They are claiming that we are sending back ATP messages (some sort of progress indicator) to them which is causing the call to disconnect.

My question: is there a way to turn off the ATP messaging on the d-channel messaging? Do you all have any other recommendations as to what I could do to eliminate this issue and get calls to come in?

By the way, calls to DIDs that are set up as stations are completing.

Thanks guys!

Can you use "incoming call handling treament" for that trunk group and send the calls to the appropriate VDN?

I'm actually using DIDs, so I don't think that would be of service to me as the DID (VDN) having issues works under every other circumstance.....incoming local calls, cell calls, and other long-distance calls. I appreciate the response though! :)
