Inbound calls to Pbx via Gateway

hi,

i have a voice gateway before pabx(md110)

i have bidirectional calls on lync. OK
external inbound to pabx not terminating. outgoing to external number from pabx is OK.
Should i configure the extensions affected as DID or truncate the first 3 numbers to allow calls to reach the 4 digit ext?

Appreciate some clarification.

The MD will work on he extension, make sure your provider is sending the correct number of digits, if not you will need to do some number manipulation on the MD to strip back to the extension number length

which type of trunk used for gateway with gateway? use trace tlp60 or tlp65 in tsw for know what digit come or leave your md
