I was sure I had seen a post regarding an issue with incoming IVR calls stopping and a restart of the IVR Inbound Service starts the calls again but I cant find it using search or on the MOL KMS.
We have an issue where calls into a Customers Call Centre stop working. Incoming callers just get dead tone. The Customer restarts the IVR Inbound and calls work again. It seems to happen at random times so there is no pattern to it. Can anyone advise?
CCM is running 6.0.2.2 and Mitel MCD 5.0 SP2 PR2
