Inbound calls to IVR stop

I was sure I had seen a post regarding an issue with incoming IVR calls stopping and a restart of the IVR Inbound Service starts the calls again but I cant find it using search or on the MOL KMS.
We have an issue where calls into a Customers Call Centre stop working. Incoming callers just get dead tone. The Customer restarts the IVR Inbound and calls work again. It seems to happen at random times so there is no pattern to it. Can anyone advise?
CCM is running 6.0.2.2 and Mitel MCD 5.0 SP2 PR2

have you been able to check if the ports are in DND when they are not working?

Often, the COS timers are not properly configured and the system places the ports in DND when a timer expires

Hi kwbMitel - we are trying to see the state of the ports but as its a busy site with a complex remote access they tend to restart the services before we can see what the state is. However I don't believe its the COS timers as they have been checked. I have asked the EU to log onto the CCC and check the ports next time it happens so hopefully will have more info then
