Can anyone tell me how to configure inbound calling name on PRIs? I'm running rls 4.5 and I do have my dchannels configured as ND2 and my routes configured as NCNA Yes. Using 2 different providers, both say they send name. I don't see name on my telephone sets (cls is TDD, CNDA), I only see numbers. Internal names and numbers work fine. Reference thread798-1341212, same issue, but does not have solution. Thanks!

Turn on MSGI for that PRI and see if you see the name come across in the messaging

I forgot to mention I tried that, no names show. However, I thought there was something special required to see the name on the MSGI. Are you aware of a download or patch for this?

IFC is D100 and D250, but I thought this had to match the far end switch. I actually asked one provider for NI2, but they said they couldn't. That one had to be configured as D250. The other D100 was built when I started here.

Thanks, I guess my problem then is my IFC. I need NI2. I will ask the LEC if this is an option for them, since they are the controlling switch.
