Inbound CallerID not showing

I have a G3rV10 not showing Caller ID on a ISDN/PRI. AT&T says they are sending caller ID. The name of the trunk group is displayed on the phone. I have a MCI trunkgroup setup the same way and it does show caller ID. Is there something different to setup since it comes from AT&T?

Make sure in your trunk group page is setup to get and send caller/calling numbers. Wisdom is Knowledge
