I have multiple DIDs that needs to go to different users but be answered by different company names. Is there a way the I can label a DID so that when a certain DID is called then that label is displayed on the Avaya phone and the user knows how to answer the call for the specific company. Thanks.

Will that follow all the way over to call history? Also thank you I thought about that but wasn't sure.

It'll help if you don't tag it elsewhere as well, like in vmpro or against the hunt group.
For systems running poverty class handsets, you may be restricted by the amount of characters available to be shown. You'll find the Hunt group name will take preference, along with the CLID. See how we're running out of room?
You may wish to have a separate named HG for each specific company, even if the same members are in all of the HGs.

The wife is on a tropical food diet. It's enough to make a mango crazy.

So if I name HG and any where else the DID points to something different then the tag on the DID then I should be good correct?
