I don't know if this is possible, but I am trying manipulate the caller ID displayed on a mobile phone that is twinned.
Incoming call Route -> Exten 701
Extension 701 is Twinned to a mobile phone.
Would like the display on the mobile phone to not show the originating caller, but instead show the business name, so the user can easily differentiate from a business caller that came vi the twinning vs Personal direct call.
Can this be accomplished?
