Inbound call not going direct to user

Guys, I'm stumped, still somewhat new to PBX. So I have a problem where when I call the user's phone it will go to a "enter user's extension" message. Normally in our system the call just flows directly to the user whether its internally or externally. I tried to rebuild the number in the system and assign it to a different Tn, but same problem.

Must 'udi' active not 'rdi'
