InAttend client gets "A user with your userid is already logged in."

An InAttend system keeps saying that there is a user already logged in when there is none. There are licenses for 4 Attendants all with different userids. in a logged in attendant, we can see 3/4 logged on. The 4th user tries to login but gets the error someone is already logged in with that userid.

With Aastra DNA, there was a away in EMG to delete or end a "hanged" login/session via Access Control. Is there something similar in InAttend?

The InAttend server has already been restarted, the user re-created but the attendant still can't log in.

Try to restart the ELM service. ELM keeps track of the number of logged on agents for InAttend.
Be careful if you use ELM for e.g. Solidus / MiCC.

Is your inattend integrated with blustar/CMG? Go into your nice db and run SQL query to remove all entries from dbo.workstation table. This table stores the MAC address of the user logging on and once it reaches the license level it gives you license not available when trying to log in th next inattend operator

Thanks for the suggestions.

At first, we tried just to restart but it made the thing worse as out of 4, only 2 attendants were able to login after that.

My colleague went into the sql db but have forgotten it is the dbo.workstation table that needs to be cleared. He remembers this solution partially from older cases but could not find it then.

In the end, the InAttend was reinstalled, but the problem returned. After that, the services were restarted and it has been okay so far.
