InActivity Time Out for User Sessions

I would like to time out the users when they have no activity for a specific time (10 minutes). I have found that there is a way to do this using the IIS server configuration but I would like to control this through Crystal Enterprise. There is a 'Maximum Idle time' for the server's "Input" and "Output", but they do Not seem to work. Any suggestions?
