inactivefeature on flash4

I had installed a flash 4 on a mics 6.1 KSU would see the voicemail fine. I had reinstalled voicemail using the reinstall feature, because had different DN lengths. Anyhow it went through the reinstall process fine. But now no features work. I have tried booting on different port on ksu, booted it without the software card. nothing I try seems to work KSU will not see the flash. I tried feature 983, feature 9*1 anyone have any ideas. Thanks for the help.

Sounds like maybe it did a re-install but not configured perhpas? in later Flash release you need to press F903 (or was it 906?) to start the config process then F983 will be allowed.

To select a feature code range enter F903. Then you should be able to do F983 then enter 266344.

You might want to delete any existing feature codes first. You do this by doing F**xftest 266344 with the Falsh powered down. Test all codes and remove them. Then power the Flash and do the F903.
