Hi,

I have an attendant in the UK whose line seems to have gone into "inactive". How, I don't know? The line has been in use for quite a few months but is now showing in the inactive DN list and is unable to be used.

I connect via TCP/IP into BCM comprehensive unified manager.

I'm in BCM xxx.xx.xx.xxx >Services>Telephony Services>Inactive DN's

How can I get this to be active again?

Thank you all for your help :)

Plug the phone in. It is either not plugged in or there is a wiring problem causing the phone to be dead.

Hi Digital D,

The attendant is able to make outgoing calls but other attendants are unable to transfer any calls to him. The message display shows "not in service".

Then the extension has somehow changed. Go to the phone in question and press Feature *0. The display will show <Button Inquiry>. Press the Intercom button and make note of the extension number in the screen.

I'll give that a shot. They're all out of the office, (I think it's the end of the day in UK) so I'll have to wait til tomorrow. Thanks for your help! :)
