Inactive fonts

I have noticed a problem with fonts - in my font list (property bar) many of them are in gray color, they look beeing inactive. Others are as normally in black color.
Is there some option disabled?
I would apreciate all ideas and help.

Are you using Font Navigator and what version of Draw are you using?

I am not using Font Navigator, but it`s installed.
At the same time it`s also possible for other persons to have access to this computer.
